‘Buzzy Bee’ to Carlisle Children’s Ward

We donated a ‘Buzzy Bee’ to the Children’s Ward at the Cumberland Infirmary!

This little gadget is ace while children are having treatment. The plastic bee buzzes and is pressed against the child’s skin with a hot or cold gel pack attached – this distracts the child’s attention from the treatment! Genius!

Hopefully something which can help lots of children even when having very minor procedures such as injections.
