Evening for Evie 2018 raises £4000!

Wow! What an incredible night at ‘Evening for Evie 2018’!

Thanks to everyone who came along or bought raffle tickets – the event raised a whopping… (drum roll)… £4000 to help sick children and their families!

We are so grateful to our event sponsors; Dobies Charitable Trust, The Carnegie Theatre and Clarity Voice and Data Communications for their help in putting on the event.

We would also like to say a huge thank you to all the acts that performed on the night; Luke Matear, Rumney Greaves Dance Academy, Dearham School Choir, Whitehaven Theatre of Youth and Luke Brown! Also a big thank you to Tony McGee, Pete & Oliver from McGuckin Audio and all the volunteers who helped at the show.

As part of the finale to the show on Saturday night Greg performed a version of ‘1000 years’ accompanied by Whitehaven Theatre of Youth. This song was dedicated to all the babies and children Team Evie have helped over the past 3 years…
