12 Days of Christmas – Day 5

Evie’s home for the majority of the time she was with us was PICU at the Great North Children’s Hospital, where we remain very close to the team looking after the most poorly little ones across our region. We popped in to donate to them as part of this year’s 12 Days of Christmas…

We have donated sooooo much to PICU over the years, including TVs and DVD players…so we thought it would be nice to make sure all those children who are well enough to sit up, or watch a TV on the ward, could have access to loads of Christmas films in the run up to the 25th… so we took along a selection of every Christmas DVD we could find to buy and dropped them off to Rachel and June on the ward!

We hope the DVDs provide some distraction for the children (and their parents) and also can bring a little bit of Christmas joy maybe…
