Book Appeal sells out in record time!

A huuuuuuge thank you to all you wonderful supporters who have bought a book this Christmas in our annual appeal to take a library to a children’s ward! All of the books have been sponsored in record time!

We simply can’t wait to visit Ward 9 at the Great North Children’s Hospital in a few weeks with our story teller to present the library – it is going to make a huge difference to the children in the ward the Christmas and for many years to come…

This year has been our 3rd Christmas Book Appeal, and each year we get blown away by the amount of support we receive with it. To sell out in record time shows us yet again that we have such incredible, kind and caring supporters. Without you guys we could not achieve anything.

Although we say thank you all the time we REALLY mean it, so again THANK YOU SOOOOOOO MUCH from all of us at Team Evie and on behalf of all the families who will spend time in Ward 9 (including little Jack from this weekends Saturday Showcase who has just been discharged from the ward) and enjoy reading the books…
