Cumbrian Run 2018

Thank you so much to everyone who took part in The Great Cumbrian Run 2018 for Team Evie!

We had 2 teams taking part this year…

Organised by our trustee, Evie’s Auntie, Emma Ivison, we had many families from West Cumbria taking part in the Family Fun Run! The team we raising money for Team Evie and Hospice at Home West Cumbria (hence the green and yellow t-shirts!) and they did an amazing job!! The biggest representatives at the event they did us proud, we are sure you will agree they look the part too!

We also had a team of runners from Greencore (who are fundraising for us all year as their ‘Charity of the Year’) taking part in the Half Marathon event. We cheered them on as they ran through Carlisle City centre, a fantastic effort by every one of them!

The grand total for the event has already passed the £1000 mark with some money still to come in – an amount that will make a huge difference to local sick children and their families! Well done and thank you to everyone who took part, or who sponsored our runners!
