Easter Boxes 2018

This morning on PICU at the Great North Children’s Hospital every family on the ward will open one of our Easter Hampers…

We think (in our own humble opinion…) they are the best hampers we have put together to date! Each box includes:

• A home made simnel cake (made by Evie’s gran Hazel)
• A pack of home made shortbread (again, Hazel’s handy work!)
• A soft fluffy Easter blanket
• A small Bunny towel/flannel
• A Jomanda soft lamb toy (in homage to our very own Alan)
• A light up bunny night light
• A wind up Easter chick
• Some mini-eggs
• A maltesers bunny
• A Lindt bunny

Thank you so much to the staff for their support in handing out the boxes this morning. We hope that the items inside an bring a little joy to each bed-space this morning…
