The 12 Days of Christmas – Day 11 – Christmas Boxes to Children’s Ward at Carlisle Hospital

The 11th and penultimate day of our 12 Days of Christmas…and only one more sleep until Santa (and more importantly our 12th day!)

This year we are thrilled to donate Christmas Boxes to the Children’s Ward at the Cumberland Infirmary Carlisle. We love supporting the staff, children and families at Carlisle and it is really special for us to be able to make a difference by providing a Christmas present (packed with mega fun stuff) to all the children who will spend Christmas Day on the ward.

As much as hospitals try their best to discharge anyone who is well enough to spend Christmas at home, the sad fact is that there are always little boys and girls who need cared for at Christmas – we hope that our boxes of gifts can bring a smile to their face and a little joy, despite the fact they are spending the day in hospital.

To each oft he families who will receive one of the boxes we send a huge amount of love and best wishes – you are in our thoughts this Christmas, and we wish your child a swift recovery so you can get home together very soon.
