Workington Town shirt auction raises £750!

As you know, this seasons charity shirt day at Workington Town was in aid of Team Evie. We were so grateful to the club for choosing us, and were so proud to see the team turn out in specially designed Team Evie kits for the game!

During the day our team of brilliant volunteers walked around the ground shaking their buckets and the wonderful fans of Workington and Whitehaven donated generously, raising £700 from the bucket collection.

Additional to this, the limited edition shirts were auctioned off after the game in the club bar, and the fans did not let us down! We were delighted to attend the Town v London Scholars game on Sunday and to be presented with our very own Evie shirt (with her name and number on the back) along with a donation of £750 from the auction!

This bring the total for the Charity Shirt Day to £1450!
